Hi, I’m Linda Ray, mother to three wonderful children, and Nanni to four beautiful grandchildren. I like to keep busy and volunteer for various activities, and have served on several committees. I have 35 years’ experience working in non-profit agencies/schools. Mostly working in a school or program that serves special needs, as my youngest daughter has special needs. My years of experience in office administration, accounting/bookkeeping, receptionist and classroom assistant make me well suited for this position. I am organized and self-motivated. I enjoy working and take pride in my work. I have experience working with individuals from all walks of life and I believe I show kindness and respect to everyone. I believe that is a quality that is particularly needed when working with communities or large groups of people.
I strongly believe my special gift from God is my desire to be helpful to others. This past year and particularly the leading up to my receiving this position, it has been laid on my heart and made so very clear to me, that Jesus knows ME and he has put me here for a purpose. I do not know what that specific purpose just yet, but I am excited to be in a place that I can be an ear to someone who just needs to talk for a little while, to be able to lift others in prayer and to see and be a part of God's people coming together to serve Him each day.
