My name is Renee Bell, I was born in Fort Knox, Kentucky. My father was in the Army for 20 years and my mother who was born in Paris France, where she met my dad during WW2. With my dad being in the military it gave me a chance to live in Germany and France as well as travel throughout Europe, where I learned about diverse cultures.
I'm a mother of two sons, David and Michel. Sadly, my eldest son David passed away in 2015. My other son Michel lives in Orlando, Florida. I have a grandson and two granddaughters from Michel, and my oldest granddaughter just gave birth last year, making me a great grandmother.
I feel very blessed to have the opportunity to work as the Office Administrator for Salem Methodist Church. I've held various jobs, as a real estate agent, retail, doing secretarial work, a drug abuse counselor, ESE teacher, and I owned several businesses with my late husband.
I got married in 2008 and my husband and I later moved from Jupiter, FL., to Tallahassee in 2015.
I've served as Junior Warden on the vestry several times at my church, and as treasurer on the board of directors for Angel Wingz (a program for women who have been abused or trafficked). I also raise funds annually through my church for the Women's Pregnancy Center in Tallahassee, FL.
I believe God gave me this opportunity to serve as Office Administrator for Salem Methodist Church.
